strength training should be an important part of an endurance athletes programming. We load those, those muscle fibres a deeper and deeper through specific things that we do on the jim. So these are basically, we're training the component parts of what a race consists of. But doing so in a way that, rather than just practising doing them, we are breaking them down. The entire goal is to deal with maximum sustained power. And ultimately, how the diet refiguring how we extract fat from or stored from body fat is key.
