Commander's Palace's Turtle Soup

Turtle Soup has been on the menu at Commander's Palace for a very long time. It is one of the most miraculous things you can eat and it's so simple, at least seem simple. We don't use Turtles from Louisiana because that's not okay anymore. I will pass out pamphlets at the airport about this dish if you need me to.
