The only other large trial that happened in Africa that used CPAP versus standard low flow showed that CPAP was harmful, which is a tragedy. We chose to use high flow for that very specific reason. It was designed for home therapy. So if you can teach patients how to use it, all that be adults, you could also train non-specialists.
