You can get really intense with this really easy. It's quite easy to jump full intensity. And once you've got the technique down and you don't need many reps at all, do you let me ask this? Would you say that you're more of a a strength individual or an elastic individual? A i'm definitely a little bit of a hybrid there. I think within my sport, within bob sled and probably more of an elastic guy, because the guysare very forceful.
