Do You Know What Your Proxies Are?
sylvia: Most of the things we can measure our proxies. What this is is a remember what you are measuring and what value it actually brings. Lacdate, for example,. I've measured lacta at various points in my career. Am i think it's interesting? Ye. You know, maybe you shouldn't pay attention to it, sylvia. It's more about looking at the trend line really, lik that the value of it. And then correlate the work you're doing with your heart rate.
