When i talke to organizations about having good thet's say, predictive safety conversations. I id ideline a little bit more to some of the ideas about maybe rusmerson and his modelling work. So i think what i'd be looking for in termsof like, what would be an an indicator to have a predictive safety conversation? "I'd probably be looking more towards you know, where my organization's drifting," he says.
