The highest deficiency risk among women is the 19 to 50 year old age group. People who do not have a high school diploma are 42%. It goes to that saying, overfed and undernourished. You can have all of the fat and calories in the world, but that doesn't mean that you're getting all of the vitamin K that you need or vitamin C or D or calcium.
