Hypertrophy Training - Is There a Technical Failure?
Part of hypertrophy is effectively loading the targeted tissue, correct? Yeah. So with that, I think we also have to look at maybe an aside or an asterisk by this is is technical failure also, right? Is the way that I look at this too is more so in strength training but it applies with hypertrophy training. It's when do we start unloading the targeted tissue? Right? If that's something like I don't know what a good example for this would be maybe a like a lying hamstring curl. The hamstring curl versus well, you can say a barbell squat is a perfect example.
