Can I Do 60 More Miles?
The first about 30 miles feels pretty good, because i have to be running slow enough that it's sustainable for a hundred miles. The inten tys low enough where, you know, i'm not feeling a ton of warin terry yet. Once i get to around a hundred kilometers, then i'm within five to ten miles of the longest long run i got to. So then my next goal is get to within the longest long runs you did for that bill up,. and then you just have one more long run, too. I like to kind of start focusing on that one after i've crossed the half-way mark.
