The Deliberative Power of Mindfulness
When we're struggling and we have that feeling of struggle, it's telling us something. It's waking us up to the fact that we're not being mindful,. That we're not accepting what's there. So next time struggle happens, you know, nd you have that feeling, really welcome it. The mind is on a thinking jag. And somehow we're failing as a yogi k wat kinds of self judgment and discouragement. A very simple antidote to that is the simple recognition and noting, lots of thinking, that’s going on.
