The Importance of Overloading Quality in Team Training

There's a lot of non-contact, you know, soft tissue injuries that could be attributed to it. One for me is more attributed to that than maybe people initially think is hamstrings. And I've seen injuries in football that have come from overload - change of direction volume overload rather than top end speed overload or high speed running volume overload. If you're not strong, if you're not able to absorb those forces, then you are more likely to get worse injuries like ACLs and so on. But again, that's links back into this problem solving. So how old do you solve the problem of the game?
