How to Test Your Water for Carcinogens

If you're going to use rainwater, I would just you know, spend the 30 extra dollars and send it off. Because then you can you can get a test for carcinogens and stuff like that. But yeah, if you're able to do that and able to get it tested, and it comes out clean, then yeah, go for it. You can open your mouth and let rain fall into it. It's not going to kill you, we know that, but you want that beer to be as good as possible.
