Transition is the hardest thing. If youre trainin you like, you don't settle in yer. And i lok, at regular people never settle in ye an hat's wy. People pay so much to go to a class just to have some one like stop them and and make sure they settle in and finish what they start. Same with training, second to first, ten to 15 minutes.
