I think we're definitely going to come back to this topic of first impressions, because there's been a big trend in recent times of good enough. We've got minimal viable products and things which is used as an excuse to put out stuff that's not really up to scratch for your brand or even for what you want to achieve. And I think that the role of user experience is really underestimated by a lot of marketers. It's often not at the forefront of their mind. But if you talk to serious conversion people, they generally understand how important UX factors are.
