Keeping Motivated and Staying on Track
The one thing i do with my coaching clients when it comes to just staying motivate and staying on track, is we we pick their big goal up front. A lot of times it what race you unprepared for and that really motivates them. And a gan i see these rewards that kind of built into the programme, which kind of give em that more short term motivation that is also going to feed into their long term goal. It can be like, you know, gains and lifts, or it could even be something on this i love continuous tracking. But i think those are such powerful tools not just because i give diagnostic information to a clinician, but because it immerses the person
