How to Recover From Pain With Light Loads

Think of Giannis like trying to squat. I could be him against his body more than the load. If we can get the same effect with less weight and we don't care who watches us train with the 130s and the incline press, why would we not do that? Similar to BFR, right? Like if there's a way to train with light loads and get a similar benefit, it may be better benefit. Why not give it a whirl?
