Breathing is a big help. We nap in the middle of the day or and or meditate It's sort of the same as we basically put on a meditation and then it turns into a nap a lot of time, right? So we might be trading some European stuff in the morning Have a bit of lunch have a little reset and a sleep is clearly for us. For me markets are quiet. I like to do runs because i can just go with drop of the hat anytime You don't need anything just get out the door throw your trainers on and go And I'm normally listening to a podcast normally your podcast actually Um So that's great because you know, uh, jeff
