The Importance of Experimentation in Health and Self Care
As our awareness begins to grow and begin to notice more about what's happening in relation to all the choices that we're making we can start to become hyper aware. For me with my clients is actually suggest that they stay there for a while and build up that muscle of attention to stay with some of what's uncomfortable to see.
