I have always found that it becomes very difficult for the industry to understand how to assess very junior people. It's tougher when you're fresh, because you don't have that experience. I think a lot of people on their first job want that carean feeding. They want to feel supported. And so i think in the interview process, how are yougoing to support these people? Are you going to let somebody out into the wild and say, go work independent?
