"I like this idea that forms should follow function," says the author. "If we want to make the case for a particular kind of schooling, I believe we need to involve lots of people in helping to shape and form our vision" The first chapter basically proposes that crafting a vision of modern education should involve multiple stakeholders. And once we have clarity and agreement on the vision, then we plan backward to develop the right structures.
