I've been messing around with my evening routine a little bit as well. I started taking a shower and getting myself ready for bed, save a couple of minor things. And what ends up happening is that sets me up such that whenever bedtime actually comes around, I have very little that I have to do to get into bed. "It's just a relaxing ease myself to bed sort of process," he says.
