What Is Going on With Wheat?

In the 1960s and 70s, there was a noble effort to try to increase yield per acre for various grains. The end product was this thing called a high yield semi dwarf wheat. And now is almost all wheat in the world produced. It's part of the reason why it's very difficult for modern people to lose weight to diet because they're taking an appetite stimulant in the form of wheat grains.
