Breathing is our ability to make us more resilient. We're pretty good at coping with short term stressers, we've had hundreds of thousands of years of short-term stressers. But when it comes to long Term Stress, people get sick. To improve resilience on two levels: breathing exercises and nose breathing and sleep. If you have your mouth open, you're more likely to have a stress response during sleep,. as opposed to recovery long term. It's about having a really soft and gentle and prolonged ehalation.
