I consider myself the c c o at oaktree, the chief culture officer. We have an investment philosophy and a set of business principles which guide us that we consider to be of overweening importance. You have to constantly reinforce a culture if you want it to prevail. The great thing is that nobody at oak tree thinks that the way t they are going to get successful in life is by taking crazy shots with their lives.
