Bike fit is about adapt versus adjust. And when people think bike fit they really focus on the adjust, you know, like I need to change my saddle height. But yet there's so much on the adapt side on the, on those mobility type exercises, et cetera. Even though you don't maybe assign 29 exercises a day to do, are you still a good part of your recommendation for a lot of folks you see in terms of the adapt side? Are you giving prescription to do for mobility, strength, range of motion, et cetersa? Yes, you're absolutely right.
