The Importance of Being Present

I think one of the hardest things as a endurance athlete is we kind of almost wish our lives away. And so then it becomes gratitude, and that's where being in the moment is an easier place to find when you're focused on gratitude. I like sort of doing some hypnosis stuff or just deep relaxation. Another, another thing that has really nourished my soul is just creativity. So having other things that keep me present, keep me in the, in the why of what it is that I'm doing.
