The Cost of Putting This Out There

I'm under the assumption that that there was a conversation that was had that says, Hey, let's, let's put this out into the world and see what happens. I don't know if they're necessarily giving direction to do that, but that's how I read it. It's like, okay, we're putting this out there. We're concerned. Now there's a thousand smart, really smart organizations right now that can take that and do something with it.
