Is There a Difference Between a Training Day and a Rest Day?

Solic has a two main meals, and then adds to that as the activities pick up. Usually when it gets up much above that usualy is where i start to feel like i'm forcing myself to eat well beyond what i like,. want o really do. Ca, aund have these two really big training days. I'm going to end up with a calory deficientet over the course of that. And then i'll have a rest day on that third day, and i'll just eat sand calories above what i would need for a typical resting day.
