How to Structure a Strength Training Program
This is the harder of my full body progressions. I'm using this on evolve assuming that people are well versed in the foundational movement patterns. It has a strength endurance value, but without loading our system, there's not a ton of axial loading. Having that main lift be in the middle of the session where you can put all of your energy and focus on just that one main movement does make it quite a bit harder as opposed to maybe you're just doing six exercises done in a superset fashion. So again, this is the way that I do it. I found it to be very effective. I love how this has gone for myself. I'm really enjoying the training
