I've been in therapy for 20 years and so much of my fitness journey is just mental health journey like it's just learning how to control my emotions. I think the problem with health and wellness is often people listen to these shows and they're like okay well that's a grand idea but then it's like analysis paralysis oh my god I can't make the right thing as long as you take the next step. This is the only moment we have control over if we want to control the future versions of us.
