The Breath Purpose

I really enjoyed the running to connect with the breath. And then it being almost like in a dance back garden type of thing from his, you know, type of way he would be as a kid and things. But I was just totally underprepared for what that ended up being. The first day 35 miles, I'd never ran that far before. The second day was 67 miles, but that was more than twice as far as I'd ever run ever. And then the last day was 33 miles, which again was further than I'd everrun to. It's very interesting where the mind was going to go to because, as she said, the body is the body.
