How to Train a Type 2 Fiber Type Athlete

type 2 predominant athletes has less type 1 fibers so their capability to maintain the work is rather limited they are faster depleted in glycogen and the body shifts faster to their type 2 fibers. I plan short and reps for these athletes and the S to train the easy lot easier than the type 1 athletes right and women you mentioned lactate testing what other testing do you do or do you do any other testing? yeah that's it's unfortunate but it makes some sense nobody wants to do a PhD and take 10 years to complete it by doing for 2 and a half years studies or something like that  I completely agree but it's just a dilemma of how academics work and the need to publish about
