When you are sold to p e firm directly, you become a platform investment. 100 of the risk belongs to ous in terms of execution. A large strategic generally moves very slow. It generally takes alot of approvals to get a deal done. And then you're going to join this massive thing, which may or may not frustrate you. At right time, i place for them. And your experience yore better acquires strategics. But it's really about risk diversification. Because the return amout, the returns that are modelled, are going to pay you same either way.
