I think technology is not yet fair. You can't ask the customer to take a test before they meet the city, right? And there's a tool actually that also does that that takes information from your social media profile. It doesn't work 100% perfectly fine in all cases yet. But when you are in a call with your customer, you should begin to stand whether the person is more like an introvert and they can more focus on numbers. So I think that's really something that you can feel and that you can adapt to.
