I'm a big proponent of the third world squat, even though I'm a bigger guy, I'm kind of fat. So for me, daily minimum, a single push up in a day or a single squat. Put it on your habit tracker and get 100%. It's so embarrassing you would never want to miss it. But yeah, George, I have said over and over and over again, I will subsidize your office. All right. Standing desk. Ben wants to buy me one bin for you guys who don't know. He's our marketing guy; he's also a language coach. We'll see what happens.
