I think so many of us can relate to that feeling anxious so much of the time and kind of either not liking ourselves much or even frankly, disliking ourselves. So those are just some of the problems that are associated with with perfectionism. One of my favorite tools that's in this book is is a five minute jumpstart. And the idea that this is really great for people who procrastinate because oftentimes we're again thinking, okay, I have to do it just right and I have to get it done.
