I actually do think that negative information, we're actually attuned to negative information more. So there is a way in which when it's properly formulated, the negative is going to penetrate more deeply than positive. I was talking to my therapist this morning about the fact that I have extraordinary propositional memory but not as good episodic memory. And so what I was realizing was that like, it makes it hard for me to learn certain lessons because like I can't sustain a negative emotional frame for a long period of time.
