If you work in a product team today and feel like you have a reasonably good product strategy, it doesn't feel like it's a good one. Repetition is probably the thing that I see a lot of them. The strategy should evolve. In little small ways, if it's a three-year strategy, you might tweak it every six months, every 12 months. If it's going well, it's just small tweaks. It's not going well, there could be changes. But it should be a living thing,. And it should be kept up to date.
