Glucose and Muscle Triglyceride
We have fats in our muscle. We are stored as glacogen, so theyre packaged as glacogen. That's then packaged inside mussl cells. And am the liver, that's where it's stored. So we've got to get that liver glacagen from the liver to the muscels. But inside the muscle we have musc glycogen and muscle tri glycers which can be broken down. Once you start breaking down glia glucos glycogen, fatty acids and so on, eventually you want it to be oxidized. This is called non oxydative. Some people may have seen us refer to as anerobic these days.
