There are days where like I'll eat way more than one portion says of rice because I'm really hungry and that is totally okay. But just to build that awareness around what I'm eating, how much I'm consuming and those little choices,. It's the little choices that you make every single day that are actually impacting your health. Also sit and ask yourself if you want to start meal prepping, writing out the habit for that my cue is Monday morning while making breakfast usually at 8.15. My routine is meal prepping one to two servings then my reward is I have healthy food ready for me.
