How to Practice Breathing

If staying with the breath is not particularly comfortable no worries you can either find a set of sensations in your body that feel soothing or just allow attention to be concerned with the sounds arising and falling away in your environment. Not visualizing what causes the sounds but just allowing yourself to know the sounds present to consciousness on a moment by moment basis.
