How Do We Rest?
Rest is one of my big things because I'm rubbish at it. It doesn't come naturally because you feel guilty about all the things you're supposed to be doing. Anything that really takes your mind away from your troubles is rest. But it can also mean taking some time to be still and to tune into what the body is trying to tell you. Other things it's important with choosing the right movement for what you want is kind of just tuning into what you need.
