For every level of fitness that you go up, there was a very clear longevity benefit. People who were elite had significantly lived longer, better life than people who were high above average. The biggest boon from your longevity goes from low to low average. And then if you go from low average to above average, like that's massive. That has a dramatic impact on your longevity.
