Stephen says logging your sleep is powerful. When you observe a behavior, you can actually start to change it just by observing it. Drew started this because she was convinced that she never slept. Oftentimes it would be anywhere from two to three and maybe the occasional five hours of sleep. It wasn't a ton of sleep, but it was more than she thought.
