The Theory of Controlled Flight Into Turrain

i think we, several of us, have a theory that there's more incapacitated pilot scenarios going on out there than are officially noted. And i think the theory is founded in it has to do with s fit controlled flight into turrain. The highest percentage of sea fit occurs daytime, in n v m c conditions. You would think that that would occur most likely at night or in reduced visibility,. In deteriorating weather conditions and so forth. It could be a tramatic thing, like a bird strike, that causes the pilot to be incapacitated. May it just be a medical event we're dealing with? Yes?
