i agree aunter percent. It's, it's kind of like, youknow, what is going to give you this li phristine blood marker at the population level? But then there's also another question, can you actually maintain that eating style? And if you're not, you're just gaining weight, then chances all your health markers are going to all deteriorate anyhow. Yes, i completly agreethe. One interesting little note is, when i went lo carb, i really kind of went wholeheartedly into getting rid of the process foods. I pretty much got rid of em all at once.
