Every team has a different emotional culture, so cognitive culture is like that t be customer focuse. Emotional culture is made up of these really small gestures. It's just like me thanking you, or sending you a meeting link with the link in it if i'm in the office and you're remote. And so it is hard to come up with the perfect nudge for a team. But generally, there are a set of questions and behaviours backed by the science that can be conflex to fit any team. We try to have a mix of and we also try to flag the ones that are reminder so that it doesn't seem like we're being patronized thing.
