How Do You Quantify Your Health Efforts?

The first time I ever used a Halo device, I put the device on my lap. It was kind of sitting on my abdomen and we'll talk a little bit more about placement location,. But I placed it on my abdomen. And that day I had not worked out yet. So my heart rate was already relatively low. Now could that be explained by changes in respiration, maybe mindful breathing during the session? Or is this something that you've seen from people who are using it internally or externally as an athlete? What's been your experience with those customers?
