The best benefit is going to be early in the morning. As you go later and later, the effect of that sun exposure is not going to be as much. So from an infa red aspect, it's plenty fine to get good sunshine exposure o going outside at ten or 11 o'clock on a cloudy day. You're getting good infared a light and exposure. But from a circadian rhythm standpoint, you're really the benefit of getting early light exposure in terms of anchoring your circadian rhythm"
