Do You Need Caffeine for Your Sleep?
Naps have been shown to improve creativity, motor learning and immune system function. Caffeine is an adenosine blocker so when you drink caffeine, you block the adenosine sort of places where it parks. Not getting enough salt will actually make you anxious. As long as you're drinking enough water, salt is fine. In fact, salt is great.
